My biggest pet peeve with my doctors is when they tell me don’t call just message me on MyChart. I do it and it takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Work is the key to getting out of it. I’ve been in a bad financial hole myself and tried to skirt my way around it. Find a way to work. Begging will always keep you at a certain income level.

Feeling it too! My legs gave out from fibro, had to go to Dr again. Barely holding on to my 4th job in as many years. Chronic illness SUCKS. I completely understand.

Should you be driving on all these meds -I would be concerned for you with lack of sleep too 😢. Hope housing is sorted for the new baba. I just couldn’t cope with the uncertainty daily -terrifying for u🥰

they gave me abilify for the same reason and it didn't work and I had awful side effects. I went over a week with less than two hours of sleep a day. I gained weight. my mental health was so much worse. a 2:1 low dose gummy was the best thing for intrusive and non stop running thoughts and anxiety, and because it helped with those, it let me sleep. 💚
