We're procuring more lights in the coming months. This is just the beginning. But here's what I need you to understand: Installing streetlights isn't the achievement. We've been here before. Past mayors installed lights. MPs installed lights. Then what happened? Within months, darkness returned. Bulbs blown. Cables stolen. Maintenance forgotten. The cycle must stop. My goal isn't to install streetlights, it's to maintain 98% uptime. That means when we install a light, it STAYS on. When it breaks, we fix it immediately. When someone tries to vandalize it, we catch them. This is where the magic lies. Not in ribbon-cutting ceremonies, but in lights that work every single night.
