I took mine to the cardiologist appt with me to make sure it was accurate vs his reading. He ssid no immediately and both the systolic and diastolic were significantly off for all 3 times we compared to his. He recommends Omron this was a waste of $

As a paramedic, DO NOT TRUST THESE. wrist BP cuffs are notorious for being inaccurate. Also, you can’t measure your blood sugar without a blood sample
