My favorite answer, "I'm not sure I'm the best judge of that, but here's a few things I'm working on to level up..." then choose things that are clear and attainable objectives, like gaining a certification, or even the principles from a book you're reading.

I ve also seen take your strength to it's over use. Sometimes one of my greatest strengths, planning, when I plan out projects I find I may over prepare and run short on time or out-scope the project.
