I did 48 hours fast… one still do OMD. I was diagnosed with diabetes and the next week started fasting (it’s been 3+years now). It’s so easy for me to do a dinner to dinner fast. I’m no longer diabetic and lost 70lbs. Zero work out. 👀🔥🥰😅

A reminder to women that our bodies work differently! We can fast, but we need to be mindful of our hormones and how cortisol affects us during different parts of our cycle. “Fast like a girl” is a great start to understanding. I’m no expert but wow the benefits I’ve been feeling since fasting properly is addictive honestly. Less inflammation, no brain fog, more energy, better mood. It’s undeniable.
