Honestly, I’m not here to tell you not to leave your life or what to do. There’s no I’m right and you’re wrong answer. However, I’m a firm believer in getting married and waiting a year up money, making sure you’re stable, enjoying the married life and then having children, and you later because once you have kids, you won’t be able to live freely.

My advice is to not make permanent decisions now and instead get married, have a honeymoon, enjoy life and live and then your heart will desire children at some point but you’re young!

This honestly happened to my husband and I. We got married and just lived our lives because we were happy. We’ve now been together 11 years and I’m in my late 30’s and I don’t think kids will happen. And honestly? We are really happy and comfortable with our life. the relationship does change with kids and we just don’t feel like it’s for us. Doesn’t help with the current state of the country either 🤷🏻♀

My life went from black and white to full color when I became a mom. Being a parent brings so much purpose & fulfillment. You can never be closer to your spouse without both of you drawing closer to Christ. It’s like a triangle. You think you are close but when you both draw near to God you will be the closer to each other.

Just take your time. It is not the death of a relationship if you are on the same page and want to raise the kids in the same way. Your relationship will get stronger because you are a team and you are just adding to your team. Just have tough conversations before having kids and not after.

It is wonderful that people stop and think about becoming parents! Parenthood is wonderful but it is not for everyone! Being a parent is for life and the worry will never stop. Some people are overwhelmed and really do not have the selfless love to give. Being focus on yourself is not bad. But it is importsnt to know that and know what you want and do it because you want children and not because other people have them or because the society dictates it to be the next step after getting married. Bravo for being so responsible to ask yourself this question.

Have children and my God deal with the rest. Worry about it. The Lourdes will give you strength and encourage to continue every day to raise your child. You’re not in the ways of Lourdes. There’s nothing that you need to fear for the Lauren says do not fear with you. and honestly, I think 1000% children are blessing from God and having children is the best decision you could ever be for your life. It will change your perspective. It will give you joy peace y’all just be so much happier having children. There is always this that we have in our lives and children fill that missing piece. Also, don’t worry about your relationship being different. If anything, your relationship is gonna get stronger because you’re gonna see how your husband steps up for you.
