Girl, I had to get off Effexor as well. During the titration period, I had to use Prozac and it was a life saver. We have a lot of the similar diagnosis and I would love to DM you actually 🤣

Effexor made me throw up everyday for a year an a half. I’m on Wellbutrin now (300mg) and it’s so much better for me mentally and physically now.

Hey girl, long time no see!! we do cross titration when coming down off Effexor with Wellbutrin. Over a several week. We decrease the Effexor simultaneously increasing the Wellbutrin. Until eventually gives you more chemical balance. If you’re not familiar, Wellbutrin is a great alternative, especially if you have ADHD and also known to help with weight loss. Hope this helps.!
