I feel like she can copy abilities but not physical attributes, so if she touched homelander she'd be able to fly and shoot laser but she wouldn't be as strong or as tough as him

I feel like Harpers powers are very intentional. Cipher is going to get healed somehow and have a fight with the others then use harper as a puppet to steal the others abilities and use them against them

1/what's with the tail then? seems random for a chameleon, if they wanted an animal theme why not have her have reptilian eyes or something 2/her power is actually really useful when she's working with a team of supes, she can buff up their teamwork AND during a fight can use the rival's powers again them, so why isn't she in crime Fighting classes or in Cyphers battle ones?

I was thinking she would be similar to Sylar from Heroes in that she understands how powers work as well. I think expanding her powers would be being able to keep them for longer periods of time perhaps similar to Peter on Heroes where she can call upon a previous power she’s been exposed to
