And these?? These may be some of my best work yet 😏 Made up of a brown butter cookie dough, filled and topped with 3 kinds of chocolate and finished with a generous sprinkling of sea salt - they are sweet and salty in all the right places. The below will make 10 chunky cookies but I urge you to double up the batch and keep a healthy stock of emergency sweet treats stashed away in the freezer. To give them a go, you will need: 250 g Unsalted Butter, diced 115 g Light Brown Sugar 110 g Caster Sugar 1 Large Egg 115 g Condensed Milk 1.5 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste 310 g Plain Flour, sifted 50 g Cornflour, sifted 1 tsp Baking Powder, sifted ½ tsp Bicarb, sifted ½ tsp Sea Salt 100 g Milk Chocolate, roughly chopped 100 g Dark Chocolate, roughly chopped 80 g White Chocolate, roughly chopped You can find the method in the comments below 👇🏽 #cookie #cookiesoftiktok #chocolatecookies #brownbutter #baking
