We’ve also been eating bigger lunges together as a family instead of dinners, then a lighter dinner! 🍽️ Not only do we focus on Whole Foods first and foremost, but also balance and a healthy relationship with food is arguably the most important thing. Focusing on balanced meals made up of a balance of macronutrients and lots of micronutrients is key for both meals and snacks, especially for the kids! To fuel all of us properly for each day.
