The 6th one is the most important, as a balkan myself we have such an interesting obsessive relationship to food. All my childhood ive been shamed for not eating much, not cause i "was anorexic" it was cause i never understood the obsession. At foreign tables, older people would take offence if youd not eat their food or force you even if you say you dont want. I feel so happy to see another person being ok with tossing food that doesn't serve them anymore. cause if it doesn't, you can get sick. Cant guilt yourself out of throwing up something you werent supposed to eat.

these last 2 months I started eating smaller portions and I did notice a difference, I used to always finish my plate even if I'm full because I felt guilty, and I was always served big portions too. I also try to eat only when I am hungry. tbh I still struggle with leaving food out, especially if there's only a little left, or I feel full after a few spoonfuls, it's surprisingly hard to change something you've been doing your whole life so I'm still working on it. but it's crazy because I never thought I had unhealthy attitude towards food until I tried changing my habits. I also try to eat slowly and chew but tbh I forget most of the time. but I definitely lost 1 or 2 kilos. not much but still an improvement I think. I'll try to follow your advices and honestly your video rekindled my motivation because it's the first time I saw someone skinny actually say this, I only noticed that in my friends and started trying to imitate them. thank you queen
