Thank you for this! I had my 3rd baby/csection 8 weeks ago and my spine has never hurt so much! They did a spinal then I had complications and they had to go back in days later for a blood patch bc I was beyond miserable as my spinal fluid was leaking out. This has been my hardest csection, the other two deliveries were epidurals not spinals.

My mom had a C-section 20 years ago and she told me your C-section scar can ache for years afterwards. We live in a cold, snowy state and for years hers ached during the winter months. For her C-section they put her out instead of doing the epidural/spinal tap so she doesn’t have much of back issues 😅
