Allhamdulliah that you've made progress brother, both my parents passed away recently and our baris and everything was usurped. Haven't been able to even do qurbani in my dad's bari. He spent years working in UK to build a home for us, kept saying one day being british won't matter and he needs to make sure we had always had somewhere to call home.

We have similar issues. One guy says if you can't show ur deeds then you can't have it but he doesn't show his deeds. We brought that land from his father who passed away. We cannot find our deeds. Our father passed away 2023. 😢

Before any of this you need to know how to correctly measure out the boundary of your land in accordance with the land registry office.. By pointing hither and dither will achieve absoloute nowt.. Even if land legally belongs u but u r unable to read/measure the dimensions of your land but the surrounding land owners can then it's far from easy to reclaim.. Its good to have a decent understanding of maths / dimensions / measurements..
