I’m going to give you life-changing advice, whether you like mayo or not put mayo on the inside and outside of your bread grill them and a cast-iron on each side for just a little bit then add your cheese. I suggest sharp provolone! Sharp provolone is 1000 times better than provolone and tomato salt and pepper, etc. I use this mayo trick on all grilled cheeses it’s a secret no one ever knows but they always tell me it’s the best sandwich ever.🔥🔥🔥
