The biggest game changer for challenges like this is that you can place quick drip object in any challange and not get penalized for using them! Is it hard to make a jump on a certain spot? Just place a ramp and boom, easy

is not necesary to jump over the stairs, you can land on then and spam flips till you get to the floor

once i got to the part with manual i turned around once i got enough meters and then was able to clear the kick flip over the stairs to complete it
