@petragenco: If you’re short on time, here is a quick and easy 6 minute arm workout that you can do 3-5 times a week at home. It will tone the arms and get them stronger. Increase the weights when it becomes too easy! 😊💪🏼
I really need to start doing this. My arms are flabby because I lost 40 pounds over 5 months. So I’m thinking but flabby lol
