There are many misconceptions about everest in the media. I had almost no queues, and no, dead bodies do not light the path. No I was not carried up by sherpa guides either. I have been climbing my whole life, building up experience, technique, and fitness on gradually bigger mountains. I enjoy pushing my body. I do everything in my power to stay as safe as possible but I cannot stop the fact that this is my passion and something I want to achieve. Everyone is different
