girl... I'm a starbucks barista. if you ask for extra ice i promis you won't get less espresso shots (the actually coffee part) in the drink. you will only get less milk.

If it's an espresso based drink, you would only be receiving less milk. You would get the same amount of shots regardless

As a Starbucks barista, it’s got bc the espresso come out like really hot. We can’t cool it unless it sits out with ice for a bit. I get it lol. You’re beautiful btw🥰

Your coffee is a set amount of espresso shots in the latte. Extra ice would just get you less milk, not coffee. Venti ice latte = three shots.

Starbies barista here! If I get a tall/grande size i’ll ask for them to put it in the next size up with extra ice (doesn’t apply to venti sorry!!) Same amount of coffee and you still get your extra ice without pouring over 🥰
