He was pulled because he lied about a crime of the airwaves. That is not allowed and the FCC and ABC were in their rights to pull of the record was not corrected

Your freedom of speech ends at the doors of your employer. You have the right to say it but you can be held accountable. I’m sure he had a number of clauses that he signed besides he’s a terrible person.
