It’s not possible, reverse cursed technique only reverses the damage done on cells. The cells heal they don’t reverse. Aging is to with the age of cells whereas rct works on damaged cells.

i think its a similar principle to how you cant heal from mahitos ct because he isnt rly damaging you but rather changing the shape of your soul,aging probably does the same thing

aging in jjk is probably tied to the soul so you can't rct aging. kinda like what mahito did to todo, his soul don't a hand anymore so even if he rct his hand it wont grow back.
