@tpfittt: So many people are stuck in the sympathetic state and can’t find the way back the parasympathetic state because this world is so focused on go go go instead of learning how to relax, get into a calm state. Yes, it’s important to push whether it’s training whether it’s for your business whether it’s for your next stage in life. However, it’s also important to be able to breathe, slow down, take in the present. If you want to be optimal, it’s important to learn how to control the controllable, part of that is your stress. The negative effect that staying stuck in flight or fight causes things like inflammation, brain fog, fatigue, hormonal, imbalance, so much more.. So now is the time to take action .
