This last 7 days, I've ate in a calorie deficit, got a minimum of 7 hours sleep every night, drank minimum 80oz of water a day, walked 20mins every day, pilates at home 10 mins a day and swam. I weighed myself after 7 days and I've stayed the exact same weight! I am completely disheartened. What am I doing wrong?

I actually am in a rush so that is where im struggling. Im in 50s (and menopause nightmare) and have dangerously high bp. I've never had high bp my whole life. its important I lose weight fast and am so panicked and depressed.

I've been doing well losing weight slowly. I had an argument with my son today and it was upsetting. I turned to food and ate everything in sight for two hours. I now hate myself. I hate that I use food to deal with feelings.

Great advice on counting your calories on a normal day and seeing what your calorie count is. Most people have no idea and are completely shocked to find out that the’er eating double the amount of calories they need!
