this absolutely gorgeous fic I read once is still unfinished and I learned that the author sustained a traumatic brain injury from a car accident and I still think about them to this day.

My favorite fanfic was never finished and I was so mad, then I found out the author had been writing it while battling cancer in the hospital and passed away before finishing it. I still think about it and I can no longer find it 😔 RIP author
