Heavy cream Half a lemon squeezed Half a onion chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped Cucumber salad: 1 cucumber sliced 1/2 Tbsp of each⤵️ Garlic powder Onion powder Cajun or creole powder 1 Tsp pink salt 1/2 cup avocado oil 1/2 lemon squeezed Spread: Sour cream Small squeeze of lemon 1 Tsp garlic powder Chopped up fine cilantro Directions: Fried chicken breast Dredge the chicken in flour egg then corn flakes and air fry at 385F for 18 to 20 minutes flipping halfway through or till an internal of 165F is reached. 184 calories 40g protein Cucumber salad Add all ingredients into a container and shake well Cajun sauce In a medium hot pan add the butter then onions and garlic.
