@ghostlyarchive: Heavenly Daze Ice Cream Requires an ice cream maker and ice cream storage container for freezing. 1 cup apricot preserves 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup dried apricots in small pieces 3 cups of heavy cream (or whole milk) ½ teaspoon of nutmeg Combine the preserves, apricots, and sugar on low heat over the stove so the preserves melt and sugar dissolves. Do not let it boil. Remove the pan from the stove and let it cool. Once cooled, mix in the heavy cream. Add the vanilla and nutmeg. Add in the mixture to the ice cream maker. Stir it together. Place the combination in ice cream storage containers and put them in your freezer. Follow any additional instructions per your specific ice cream maker for storing and freezing.
