when you're 30+, anticipatory grief worsens. it's more frequent and samahan pa ng rumination. love your parents, spoil them in any way you can, libre nyu sa labas. sayaw kayo, walking, zumba, treat nyu 711,whatever...spend time with them, take pictures, make albums, record videos, gawa ng daily video na journals with them. as you get older, then sila din.

Normal lang po ba na may pag kakataon na hate mo parents mo? It's what I'm going through right now. Somehow my mind keeps playings those memories where I'm alone, whenever there are parent's meeting in my class during my elementary until college days, my parents won't attend, I'm the oldest child and I'm always alone, my parents are spending their time on my younger siblings and their works as well as the farm jobs like planting pipino and takibg good care of the farm animals. It seems like my presence is for me to help them even when I'm not feeling well I should takeover their obligations if they are busy.

Papa ko naman nawala samin, jeepney driver siya. kada labas ko ng bahay hinahanap ko kung saktong dumaan sya sa kalsada, pero ngayon wala nakong aabangan. para akong binabangungot araw araw. ang bata pa ni papa, kinuha na sya samin ng biglaan. unang paskong walamg ama... Parang nagpapatuloy nalang tlagang mabuhay dahil walamg choice dahil buhay pa. pero hindi ako natatakot mamatay kung kapalit ay makasama ang papa ko. Hinding hindi na kasi mabubuo kahit anong swerte pa dumatimg sa buhay. Miss na kita pa 😢
