I think I'm done with GPs - my husband and I are to the point of self-diagnosing and coming up with our own self-care plans. Because of this ^^ It's infuriating - not to mention a complete waste of time and $$. If we have an emergency - we'll go to the ER, other than that forget it 😎

my dermatologist warned me about using estrogen on my face bc it could increase melasma if you have that issue (I do). that alone proves that there are indeed estrogen receptors on the face!

@Trisha Selbach I used to take T, but it seemed to exacerbate hypothyroidism. Can't tolerate any related Rx's. Humic/fulvic acid seems to be holding thyroid at normal. OK to try T again? Where can I get it? Doc won't give Rx T. My Rx estrogen/estradiol/progesterone cream comes from online service.

I’m appalled by the amount of drs still practicing with archaic science. I had an OBGYN that descoursged HRT and just wanted to cut out my uterus and ovaries bc I had uterine fibroids, an ovarian cyst and a thickening uterus. I was 53yo. I refused to concede. I finally found a licensed MD/GYN that practiced with a holistic/functional medical education. She has had me on Estrodial/Testosterone/Progesterone for 2 years and I still have my reproductive organs intact. I’m postmenopausal and feel amazing. I wish more woman researched/stood up for their health. ✌️🧡
