She may need glasses. When I started having to wear reading glasses I did not wear them to clean. Once I wore them to clean and I was shocked!

I had a cleaning lady once…she was slow at best. It was when I came home and her FULL body imprint was on my bed…along with the pillow. The next time she cane, brought her boyfriend and he proceeded to eat all of my chips and slept on the couch. It was C-Ya after that!

This message scares me. I have a new housekeeper starting tomorrow. After having a three year fabulous housekeeper. I am so nervous. I’m picky. I want it done like I would clean. I’ve been cleaning my own house for the last four weeks. The anticipation of tomorrow is just weighing on me heavy

I even hired Amish bc they have such a great reputation of being thorough/not being sidetracked on social media etc. paid for their driver etc, & they failed me😩. I’m having a hard time too.

I use to clean houses for a living and I can tell you I was so OCD about cleaning . Every room in my clients houses were spotless! When you get paid to clean people expect a spotless house . Some don’t do that and they try to skip over stuff .

I’m disabled, and use a Home Care agency. After the first day, I found that I have to sit and watch everything, pointing out, “Don’t forget that, can you wipe that?” I had to explain, do this every time, not just this once. She has tunnel vision, unless I ask her specifically.

I used to clean lots of houses & they all loved me. I do have 3 that I clean for & they love me!!! And I love them too!!! The stories they told be about their housekeeper horror stories! 😳

I clean houses! Sounds like you need to communicate your expectations better I do a walk-through with people so we both know what I do and what you can expect. I don’t do windows, but I will wash out your trashcan.

You need to communicate your expectations. And there is a difference between a housekeeper, maid and cleaning lady. Different things get done.
