I love my TESLA, but it is definitely not cheaper to EV than a regular gas car right now their insurance cost double the one of regular card cost, and electric is extremely expensive almost the same as gas so unless you drive a lot, it doesn’t make sense plus there is not one charger on the parkway, which is insane

EVs should be cheaper than gas powered cars because the mechanics are so much simpler and they are less convenient. As long as gas powered cars are cheaper they will sell better.

I live in Florida and tried to get a used Tesla for 20k. They told me my insurance would go from 200 to 600 per month because Teslas cause more damage to vehicles. 🙄
