Congrats! I followed you sometime ago because we have similar stats and started glp1 around the same time. I’ve set a series of small goals and as soon as I achieve one I’m on to the next goal. It never occurred to me to even celebrate those wins! I think I’ve been beating myself up for my weight for so long it didn’t even cross my mind. Anyway, you’re doing great! Can’t wait for the wedding pics 💕

Have you ever thought about you not working out consistently and changing your diet consistently has to do with your slow weight loss? I was in same boat and when I started to work out more and consistently I lost more pounds. It helps. I promise.
