Ingredients • 1 cup warm milk • 1 cup warm water • ½ cup vegetable oil • 50 g butter • ½ packet fresh yeast or 1 packet instant yeast • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar • 1 teaspoon salt • 2 eggs (yolks reserved for brushing) • 6–6.5 cups flour • Filling of your choice (I used kashar cheese) Preparation 1. Mix all the ingredients except flour and butter. 2. Gradually add the flour until you get a soft dough. 3. Add the room-temperature butter and knead again until the dough is smooth. 4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. 5. Divide into 15 equal pieces and shape into balls. Cover and let rest for another 10 minutes. 6. Roll them out and shape as shown in the video (or as you like). 7. Place on a tray, cover, and let rise for 25 minutes. 8. Brush with egg yolk. 9.
