@beccineumann: store-bought protein bars? overrated. these are way cheaper & taste better!! recipe below 👇🏼 INGREDIENTS (makes 8-10) - 3 cups puffed rice cereal or quinoa crisps - 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) - 1 cup almond or peanut butter - ½ cup maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt HOW TO MAKE 1. Combine the puffed rice cereal and protein powder in a bowl. 2. In a small bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth. 3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until thoroughly coated. 4. Press into molds and chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
