His opinion on ancient horses is transparently based on his opinion of mustangs now. It’s not based in science at all.

Still not the same as the ones that went extinct. The wild horses now are feral and un-natural.

Except the modern horses released by the Europeans were domesticated. Ie those horses are feral. Youd need to introduce true wild horses to replicate the Pleistocene.

I wonder why horses went extinct in North America like the other mega fauna? I also wonder why native Americans didn't try to domesticate them given how well they took to Spanish horses?

Well, what about Australia since horses aren’t a native species to that continent compared to the Americas?

Every horse in the new world was imported. The North American horse had been extinct for 80,000 years. Plus the north American horse was the size of a large dogs.

the USA is a Whitenonly nation :
Lies. when the Spanish arrived in the early 16th century, there were no horses in North America. Native horse species had gone extinct around 10,000 years ago, likely due to climate change and human activity. The Spanish reintroduced horses, starting with those brought by Cortés in 1519, which then spread across the continent.

There are native tribes that have, reportedly, had horses far before the arrival of Europeans. Small amounts of them were kept close with some native tribes
