@everybodybymel: The most tedious part of remediation: cutting open the drywall and spraying down the active mold! 12% hydrogen peroxide kills active mold and can only be used on raw materials. We used the BioBalance Peroxide Kit and did 3 rounds of spraying the mold down until bubbles no longer appeared. We sanded the wood with 80 grit sandpaper before spraying one last time to double check we were mold free! Clean everything up with a hepa filtered ShopVac and you’re done!
