Thank you! I needed this reminder! im locking in harder for the next 100 days. I've been in a calorie deficit since March and am down 45 lbs. It's starting to move slowly so I have been thinking about walking daily but just haven't done it. I am going to make a pact to walk daily for the next 100 days and see where that takes me!

I’ve been doing 10k daily steps, weight training, and focusing on nutrition since July and lost 16lbs so far. I had to take a break from weights bc I had surgery so I’m plateauing a bit but I’m excited to get cleared by my doctor and get back into lifting heavy!🏋🏻♀
