My therapist told me - magnesium, tart berry juice, relaxing music, journaling, prayer, meditation, watch something funny. I find my anxiety isn’t as bad if I workout that day. I also have this problem and I had to start taking ashwaganda and trazadone to sleep and it’s a game changer 💕

just try to remember you’ve felt all of these things before and you were okay! it’s just your mind trying to play tricks on you. the anxiety makes everything snowball out of control and can mimick all the spooky medical symptoms. but you’re gunna be just fine. try and get off your phone and listen to guided meditations 💖

Yes! There has been numerous times I almost went to the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack. I’m fine all day and as soon as I try and lay down to sleep I get the worst crippling anxiety. The only thing that has helped me is going on a walk, but it only helps when it’s cold outside.
