None of these proteins are bad but they’re not the most effective way to get protein in if your goals is weight loss 1️⃣. Fried protein.        Ex( fried fish, fried shrimp fried chicken) These proteins are usually covered in bread, crumbs and fried and all unnecessary carbs and fats eating this often can load extra calories and make fat loss slower . 2️⃣. Process meat        Ex( bacon hotdog salami, pepperoni’s)      They do have protein, but high in sodium preservatives and fats. Eating too much of this can lead to bloating and inflammation stick to leaner fresh cook cuts.  3️⃣. Protein bars/Some meal replacements.       Ex ( high fructose, taste to good) While bars are a good amount of protein source Many bars are loaded with added sugars, hidden ingredients and high fats. Meal Replacement can lack essential nutrients found in whole foods, may lead to muscle loss, contain unhealthy ingredients like high sugar and artificial additives. 4️⃣.
