Girl I usually agree with you on most things but you have no idea what you’re talking about here. I have lived experience. Lifting weights when you have thyroid issues such as hashimotos can cause more inflammation. I was not getting more toned I was getting more bulky and inflamed. Lifting weights doesn’t work for every woman and you need to be mindful of that.
