Most people only know the first difference… The range of motion. So yes, the Kas Glute Bridge (by @coach_kassem) has a smaller range of motion than the hipthrust. That means you’ll get less quad involvement and we’re really focussing on loading the glute max in that shortened position. But there’s another difference people always miss⚠️ The clue is in the name: a thrust is more explosive as we drive the hips up. The glute bridge on the other hand is less so. It’s a more controlled hip extension with a nice pause at the top too. So which is better? Well, if you want to use the glute max more in isolation, I may go for a bridge variation. But hip thrusts are still great & train the glute max too, just with a little extra help from the quads and some momentum! #hipthrust #glutebridge #kasglutebridge #glutemaximus
