George was a good man in his later years . After he had finally silenced his demons. A younger man fought with the devil every day and was as mean as a rattlesnake when poked. . Read about him in his autobiography he wrote him self . I loved his music he was a true legend. He reminds me of my father They shared the same devils in life and like my dad whose name was George also became the man they wished they had been all their lives . I see George Jones and I see my father . A hard life and upbringing made a man of little compassion and tuff as nails. God bless and Keep them both. My dad liked his music too . Who’s gonna fill their shoes. 😞
