Molweni zithandwa 24kg down in just 4 months💃💃 ingathi ndyaphupha bethunana if I can do it nawe ungakwazi. I started my weight loss journey 4 months ago and made a promise to myself that I would show up every single day even when I didn’t feel like it. I’ve been doing home workouts twice a day, exercising 45-55 minutes every morning and again at night for up to an hour and half. Every morning starts with warm lemon water and 1 sachet of instant honey ginger drink , throughout the day I stay hydrated with 2–3 liters of water, and I keep my meals clean and simple one fruit during the day and supper before 6 pm. There were so many days I wanted to give up days where cravings were louder than my goals where I felt sore, tired, or tempted to quit especially ngalanyanga yokuqala😫. But I kept reminding myself ukuba kuthen ndikoluhambo, I had to learn how to say no to my cravings not kanye, but over and over again. And I did. Ayboh mna wonke😜I stopped eating sungary beverages(sodas, fruit juice, sweetened coffee, energy drinks) fried food, baked goods, candy& sweets and fast food ohh Bawo ndaphuma ngathi ndyadlala kwilast number yeKota necoke😹 It was not easy but it’s possible sanalam. I’ve cried, I’ve pushed, I’ve doubted myself, but I never gave up. This journey has taught me discipline, patience, and self-love in ways I never imagined.Every drop of sweat, every sore muscle, every craving I didn’t feed, I every early morning I pushed through, every sacrifice has been worth it. I didn’t just lose weight I gained strength, confidence, and a new version of myself. This is my story in the making… and the best is still coming. If you’re on your 1st attempt or your 100th don’t stop mntase, kuzoba nzima kakhulu now njengoba ingenile iwinter umzimba uvele udecline ungavumi. Your progress might feel slow, but your commitment will pay off. This is your reminder that you don’t have to be perfect you just have to keep going, soon I’ll post the meals I had and please go through every picture to see before and during my weight loss journey progress😊❤️ #weightlossjourney#weightlosstransformation #weightlossmotivation #healthyliving
