This is dangerous for so many reasons including subsidence as the grass dies below and then the ground erodes causing the blocks to shift and become unstable to walk on. If you wanted something safe you ought to have put reo bars and ties inside the blocks to lock them in and fill with concrete not blue metal. Stay safe 🙏

Nice idea, but it will subside about 75mm as the blocks are just on grass. A 150mm deep gravel foundation tamped down would work quite well.
