Depends on the situation because DCS and CPS are used for children trafficking they target low income families. Here in TN they tried to target my wife and I but didn’t realize we had money and the second they came to the door and told them talk to our lawyer we never heard from them again.

In 1991 my mom lost my sister and I because she was diagnosed with HIV and at the time they thought that meant she couldn't raise her children. It took her 9 years to get us back. It was the worst and most traumatic thing we ever went through and my mom never recovered. It's not always the parents.

Agreed, ik someone who had 4 kids taken away and had the audacity to have 2 more and had both removed immediately after birth smfh. But I also think its some bs that the bd was able to leave her and go make two other kids with a new women and gets to be involved with those babies as if he didn't also get his other ones taken
