The Unofficial Eras Tour Cookbook … Follow me for launch details 1/2 lb pasta noodles of your choice 8 oz block feta cheese 2 pints cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup olive oil 4 - 5 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 cup fresh basil or 1 tbsp dried basil Preheat oven to 400 F. Fill a large pot with water, add a tbsp of salt and bring to a boil. Add the pasta to the pot and boil until cooked but firm. Strain and set aside.
Place cherry tomatoes in an oven-safe dish. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well combined.
Place the feta block in the middle of the dish on top of the tomatoes. Place the whole garlic cloves around the cheese block. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes and drizzle the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the cheese is melting. Remove from the oven and break the feta apart with a fork combining with the tomatoes until the sauce gets creamy.
