They are trying to scare parents into not seeking an autism diagnosis. I know if I suspected it right now, there’s NO WAY I would try to seek a diagnosis under this administration. This is what they want.

Tylenol isn't a prescription so I'm not sure this really follows. it's more of a recommendation for women who have headaches, fever, aches and pains, etc.

It’ll also mean more kids being put through the juvenile criminal system in the US for acting out because those undiagnosed kids couldn’t possibly be having meltdowns. ‘Assaults’ on teachers will skyrocket.

Great points. My only question is that the doctors that diagnosis autism are not the ones who prescribe Tylenol during pregnancy. I don’t see how the autism docs would have an incentive to under diagnose autism. And if they continue diagnose autism at the same rates but Tylenol use declines, the theory of Tylenol causing autism disentegrates.

Going along with the hypothetical: I think there would be a little snag in suing the Doctors that 'prescribed' the Tylenol because it's an OTC medication. Unless the instructions to take Tylenol were in the Progress Notes of thepatient, there's no way to get the Doctor on that. Just a little thought on the hypothetical.
