Had an epidural placed by a student and when I tell you it couldn’t have been more ✨perfectly✨ placed and she did it in like 10 mins. I was shooketh and SO grateful

So how come you would need a blood patch if you puncture the dura with an epidural but not if you do a spinal? Is it because of the size of the needle?

If you are not already an instructor, you should be because as a nurse 17 years I’ve been through a lot of of procedure instruction, and this was the easiest I’ve seen to follow in regards to this topic ever in my whole career. You’re really good at this.!!!
