I lost my young daughter in a car accident recently and it’s life changing in all the most sinister ways and then six months afterwards I lost my husband to a sudden fatal cancer. It’s indescribable, but I have amazing family and friends and clubs that particapte in weekly.

The issue is that there’s no help in this country! People are being left months on waiting lists to speak to professionals or are just given prescriptions which don’t help find the root cause of why people are feeling the way they do! The list is endless. The health care system in general in this country is absolutely shameful. This is heartbreaking 💔

Geraldine and Redmond are two wonderful people. Red Og was a lovely lovely young man with an amazing talent, a loss to his family and friends,but also to his community Reg Og will always be remembered as a good un and a super young fella. Well done Ger & Redmond. 💕

I lost my son 28th of April this year, my life will never be the same without him, Mary Butler rang me to give me her condolences & asked me to come for counselling, rang three times Mental health in Ballincollig Cork , said there not forgetting about me, 5 months later I just have so much questions to ask, I’m thinking of you all 🙏 rest in peace Red Og ❤
