Nurse here. Tylenol should ALWAYS be taken with caution. Just because it is sold over the counter doesn't mean it's 100% safe. I was always told not to take it in the 1st trimester and only sparingly throughout the rest of pregnancy. This is supported by the Harvard systematic review. It isn't bad advice. Why must everything be made political? 🙄
