i’m the complete opposite. i love the first 2/2.5 hours but the frogs really really really lost me. prevents it from being in the upper echelon of PTA movies IMO. firmly in my top 5 but not as high as BN, TWBB, OBAA, or the master

I know it’s an unpopular opinion, and I like some of his other movie, but I hate Magnolia. It’s like a weird pretentious pulp fiction that has no authenticity. I’ve never been more disappointed in a film. It being such a popular film astonishes me lmao. I didn’t enjoy a single second of that movie.
