I was cleared for sex and still couldn’t even sit without severe pain until 3 months pp (4th degree tear). It certainly wasn’t even close to something on my mind!! Also I was cleared to go back to work after 8 weeks but luckily I lived in a state that had 12 weeks paid leave.

Postpartum hit me so hard I went on a low dose of meds and I’m in therapy weekly.

Welcome to Motherhood😘most days will get better. Yes it will be different for all new Mom’s. I had a two year old daughter and then twins, boy & girl. I thought I wouldn’t make till the next day but with Faith I survived❤️🙏

Postpartum is no joke. Take everything at your time frame. Contact your Dr. you might need meds. It’s ok to take them.

Back in the 70’s 80’s and 90’s you were supposed to be back to work at 6 weeks, hand your child over to a complete stranger and pray you could make it through. No joke!

between my first and second they are 3 years a month and day apart!!! Wasn't trying to make a sports team like my baby daddy!!! 12 pregnancies 6 alive and 6 miscarriages

Postpartum hit me hard also. I decided to do therapy,first session tomorrow. I hate feeling like this, hopefully the therapy helps since the lexapro isn’t completely helping.

talk to your doctor about the postpartum they can give you something to help, my daughter had it bad with her first, second one they started something right away.
